Context

The maintainer accepted the recommended governance defaults on 2026-11-02.

Decision

Governance defaults for the public repo (Q-0023 items 2-6, 8, 9).

(2) CLA drops Apache’s ‘contrary to the public benefit’ clause (Quoro is not a nonprofit). (3) Remove ‘ee/ contributions are by invitation only’ from CONTRIBUTING.md (not in D-0004); say ee/ code is under its separate license and contributors should open an issue first. (5) Keep the reworded Context in the public ADR for D-0042. (6) Keep ADR 0005 under its public title. (8) SECURITY.md: acknowledge reports within 7 days, best effort, no SLA. (9) Enable GitHub private vulnerability reporting on the public repository.

Consequences

  • This decision is binding for all contributors and agents. Changing it requires a new ADR approved by the maintainer (see ADR 0036).
